At Choco Gaarden, we are committed to delivering high-quality products crafted with care. Due to the nature of our food products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety and hygiene.
1. No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
As our products are consumable items, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Incorrect usage
- Opened or used products
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We will provide a replacement or refund only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery, or
- You receive the wrong product
3. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Image of the packaging
- Order details

4. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect products:
- A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, OR
- A full refund will be issued
6. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Minor packaging damage (outer box only)
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Incorrect address provided by customer
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
